WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY LOCAL DELIVERY?
Currently we are delivering locally Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday each week. Orders received by 9:00 on any delivery day will ship same day. Holidays may affect this schedule. Please reach out to email@example.com for more info.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE WINDSOR AREA?
Yes. We ship across the province via registered carriers such as Canada Post, CanPar and UPS. We charge a $10.00 flat rate for shipping outside our local area for orders less than $100.00. Orders over $100.00 ship for FREE. These options are available during checkout. If you have any questions please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your mailing address.
It is our understanding that due to COVID 19 these carriers are NOT delivering items directly to residential customers but rather to pick up depots in your local area. Please visit the carrier websites for more information.
CAN I ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP AT THE BREWERY?
Yes, absolutely. If you do this it allows us time to get your order ready and have it waiting for you when you arrive. Simply select "Pick Up at the Brewery - Free" as your shipping option and we will notify you when your order has been prepared. Current pick up times will be noted at checkout.
DO YOU OFFER CURBSIDE PICKUP?
Yes, we are happy to deliver to your vehicle. Simply pre-order online. When you receive notification that your order is ready just pull into the brewery and call us at 519 956 9822. We will bring your order out to you.
IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER AND IS THERE A CHARGE FOR LOCAL DELIVERY?
Yes we ask that you order a minimum of $50.00 and we charge a nominal $5.00 flat rate to help offset fuel and travel time. Orders more than $100.00 ship for FREE!
SOME OTHER BREWERIES HAVE NO DELIVERY CHARGE. WHY IS FRANK CHARGING FOR DELIVERY?
Kudoz to those other great local breweries making great beer and delivering at no additional cost, that sure is awful nice of them. Truthfully, the $5.00 flat rate we charge does not cover the cost of delivery but it helps keep the lights on and help to pay someone a wage. Keep in mind our retail shop is currently open Tues through Thursday at 4pm and Friday/Saturday 12noon. We are more than happy to serve you at the brewery where there are no extra fees. (In fact we prefer you come in and say hello - keeping your social distance of course.)
HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER (LOCALLY)?
We currently deliver to: Belle River, Woodslee, Essex, Lakeshore, Windsor, Leamington, Kingsville, Lasalle, Amherstburg.

I PLACED AN ORDER BUT NEVER RECEIVED IT. WHAT DO I DO?
In the unlikely event you did not receive your scheduled delivery please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and note your order number in the email. We will reply to your email as soon as possible. Please check that you selected "Windsor/Essex County - The FRANK Truck" as your delivery option. If you selected "Pick Up at the Brewery" your order will be at the brewery waiting for you.
CAN I ORDER BEER TODAY AND GET IT DELIVERED TODAY?
Yes we do offer this service in case of beer emergencies. However there is a premium charge. This delivery option is available at check out, simply select "Local Beer Emergency". Our regular delivery days still apply.
CAN I ORDER KEGS ONLINE? WHAT DO I DO WITH THE EMPTY KEG I HAVE?
Yes you can. Kegs are available for pickup or delivery and our regular pickup and delivery times apply. Please email us at email@example.com to check availability. If you have an empty FRANK branded keg, simply email firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering for a $50.00 credit code which can be applied at check out.
CAN I ORDER A GROWLER FOR DELIVERY?
You can order a growler online BUT you must come into the brewery and pick it up. Typically your growler will be ready in 30 minutes or less. We will notify you when your growler is ready for pickup.
WHAT DO I DO WITH MY EMPTY GROWLERS?
Simply bring in your empty growlers and we will refund your deposit in a separate transaction. WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING EMPTIES.
I HAVE A GIFT CARD. CAN I USE IT TOWARDS AN ONLINE PURCHASE?
Unfortunately no. Our gift card system is only integrated with our internal POS at the moment. You will need to make an in store purchase if you want to use your gift card.
